WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM A SESSION?
During a short pre-discussion possible themes for the session are evaluated and will then be prioritized. I've experienced that during the sessions, also other aspects can pop up, which will of course be integrated in the sessions.
By using a special technique limiting beliefs and blocks can be removed and new neural receptors can be created so that you do not fall back into the old habits and make more empowered decisions out of a space of selflove. I whitnessed amazing and life changing results after only one session.
Some wounds are very deep and in that case a series of sessions is highly recommended to achieve sustainable results and to feel at ease with the new programming.
Never forget, that you play a very important part in the sessions, you need to be commited and accept the changes as your new reality.
It is very important to me to make you feel safe and protected during and after the sessions. This is all about you and your wellbeing. All the work is for the highest and best of everybody and of all that is.
